Мы заинтересованы в установлении партнерских отношений с российскими консалтинговыми компаниями, неправительственными организациями и командами технических экспертов, работающими с добывающими компаниями. У нас есть успешный опыт работы в России в разработке «Плана содействия развитию коренных народов Сахалина» в рамках проекта Сахалин II. Данный пример является наиболее яркой демонстрацией основных подходов и методов, которые мы используем в работе с коренными народами.

China Cross-Cultural Consulting Center (CCCCC) at Sun Yat-sen University, PRC.

The China Cross Cultural Consulting Center (CCCCC) is a research and consulting body established under the auspices of the Department of Anthropology at Sun Yat-sen (Zhongshan) University. Founded in 2000, CCCCC is a China-based professional community of international development experts trained at providing social impact assessments for MDBs and other major development institutions.

CCCCC’s mission is to promote the application of innovative, anthropologically-oriented research and theory in support of socially beneficial development, in accordance with the PRC Ministry of Education’s spirit of scientific research. Headed by Sun Yat-sen’s Department of Anthropology and including researchers from other disciplines and universities from throughout China, the Center ranks among China’s leading social development consultancies, both to government and international agencies and to private enterprises, especially for ethnic and minority affairs.

Environmental Resources Management: PT. ERM Indonesia

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is the world’s leading provider of environmental, health and safety, risk and social consulting services. PT ERM Indonesia, based in Jakarta and with a project office in Sumatra, helps local and multinational organizations anticipate, address and manage material non-financial risks, from vegetation degradation and soil erosion to regulatory compliance, carbon exposure and social/security concerns.

Strategic Advice

ERM works with public- and private-sector clients to assess how their business is likely to be impacted by environmental and social issues, new regulations, consumer concerns, and supply chain issues. Our multi-disciplinary staff cooperates and collaborates with companies in developing appropriate policies and management systems to manage these business risks.

Development Impacts and Planning

PT ERM Indonesia provides locally nuanced knowledge of the country's complex regulatory framework as well as its diverse community concerns so as to help develop solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders in development project planning.

Managing Liabilities and Risks

ERM’s work in this area falls into two categories: assisting with mergers and acquisitions to help buyers and sellers fully characterize the financial value of environmental liabilities; and working with corporations at all levels (from operations to finance to EHS to community relations and government affairs) to systematically manage risks.

Managing Contaminated Sites

ERM provides assistance developing clean up solutions and working with clients as project managers to remediate the sites. At a corporate level, ERM works with property managers to devise strategies for managing the entire portfolio of contaminated sites.

Permitting and Technical Work

ERM works with a host of different on-site operations—which can range from an offshore oil rig in the South Mahakam Bay to an onshore block in West Papua to a forest concession in Sumatra. They assist local managers to meet regulatory requirements, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and keep operational costs down through proactive management of environmental and social indicators.
